PARKING. Public metered parking is available on Victoria and Kintore Avenues (northern and western boundaries of the university) and on campus in any metered area ($5/day coins or notes). Parking in any other part of campus is prohibited and is regularly patrolled. Enter through Gates 10 and 13 for parking nearest to Union Building.

HARP DROPOFF. You may drive into the university grounds to unload harps but cars must not be left unattended or you may incur a fine. There will mostly be a volunteer at the Union Building to "guard" your car as you take your harp inside. You may leave your harp in the Union Building for the duration of the Festival. The Building is secure and patrolled at night but harps are left at the owner's risk.
For unloading harps for Bishop Hall take gate 22 and drive down the narrow, one way lane to the east of Elder Hall. The entrance to Bishop Hall is a few metres to your left inside the Elder School of Music. Cars must be removed immediately after unloading.

!!HARP TUNERS - BRING ONE IF YOU CAN!!!
We have a number of loan harps which we are happy for people to use in workshops but we can't guarantee it - you may have to share. But if you are hoping to borrow please bring your tuner if at all possible. There will not be a tuner for each harp! If you have a smart phone, and have not already done so, consider downloading a tuner ap - best thing since sliced bread. If you have a folding music stand you will find it useful too.

INFORMATION DESK. This will be in the Foyer of the Medlin Rooms just inside the western entrance to Union Building opposite the Observatory. There will be someone there all Friday afternoon and Saturday and most of the time Sunday and Monday. Go there to confirm your registration and with any inquiries/problems during the Festival. Any changes in the program will be posted there and there will be a message board. All people at the desk are volunteers so please treat them kindly. The desk may be reached by phone, during the Festival only, at 0406 926 844.
